The RSA programme covers roadside repair assistance, flat tyre support, towing services, emergency fuel delivery, and key lock-out assistance. No matter where you are, our team will reach you and get you back on track.
Two packages are available: 1-Year / 100 km and 2-Year / 100 km. Both provide assistance within a 100 km radius of the nearest dealership. Towing beyond 100 km is chargeable on a per-kilometre basis.
We'll still assist you with towing, but any distance beyond 100 km from the nearest dealership will be chargeable on a per-kilometre basis. You'll never be left stranded — the extra charge just covers the longer journey.

Yes. Vehicles up to 7 years old are eligible for Roadside Assistance. Additionally, a minimum cooling period of 3 days from the date of RSA policy purchase must pass before a claim can be made.
Yes — RSA coverage transfers to the new owner along with supporting ownership documents. This also adds to the resale value of your motorcycle.
Yes — but a vehicle fitness check or maintenance service must have been completed at an authorised service centre within the last 365 days before the purchase of Protection Plus. Our team at Ganesh Classics can arrange this for you.
Protection Plus provides 12,000 km per year of additional coverage — 24,000 km for a 2-year policy and 12,000 km for a 1-year policy. The maximum kilometre cap for the entire Protection Plus period is 72,000 km.
No. If you have a 2-year Extended Warranty, your total coverage is already 6 years (4 standard + 2 extended). Since you are covered through year 6, a separate Protection Plus policy cannot be added on top.

There are two windows: the Sales Package must be purchased before your 1st free service is due (ideally at the time of vehicle purchase). The Service Package can be bought any time after your 1st free service is completed.
Wear and tear parts are covered only under the Platinum AMC package. This includes the front and rear brake pads and the drive chain kit — the parts that typically need replacement with regular use.
This is one of the biggest advantages of the Premium AMC: price inflation protection. If the cost of labour or parts goes up during your AMC period, the dealership absorbs that additional cost. You pay exactly what was agreed — nothing more.
Yes. The AMC package can be transferred to the new owner with a valid RC copy as proof of ownership transfer. The service package can also be renewed by the new owner.
No. The AMC is a fixed-benefit package. Unused services or parts cannot be refunded or reimbursed. We recommend scheduling all your services on time to get the maximum value from your contract.
